How is Citicus ONE billed?

Citicus ONE is billed annually via invoice or card payment. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Payment is due at the start of each subscription year.

Can I change my plan during the subscription term?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference will be pro-rated for the remainder of your current subscription period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Is there a free trial available?

We offer guided demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and arrange a trial.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer (BACS/SWIFT) and direct debit. All card payments are processed securely via Stripe.
